Heidi joined the FTFS team in July 1997 as the Receptionist and is now the Office Manager. Her responsibilities include client fulfillment, billing and collections, staff training and marketing. Heidi is also certified in QBO.
Heidi is currently enrolled at Ivy Tech Community College studying for her Bachelor’s degree. She has two children, Megan and Tommy. Heidi also has two grandchildren. In her free time, Heidi enjoys interior decorating, shopping at flea markets and dancing.
